A Singaporean man suffered a massive heart attack after winning S$4 million (US$2.95 million) at a casino and was extremely excited about the winnings. The unnamed man was a regular visitor to the establishment. He hit the jackpot during a high-stakes game. Eyewitnesses reported that he was stunned by the win and then passed out.
A video of a man lying on the ground, surrounded by people in a state of shock and chaos, went viral on social networks. Employees of the Marina Bay Sands casino rushed to give him first aid.
Many reports on social media suggested that the man had died, but they turned out to be inaccurate. The man is recovering and is expected to be able to enjoy his wealth as soon as he is fully restored to health.
