Nevada Gaming Holding LLC, a well-known American operator in the gambling industry, officially announced the successful completion of the acquisition of Ukrainian online gambling platform Cosmolot. The deal between Nevada Gaming Holding and Cosmolot became one of the largest international investments in the sphere of gambling in Ukraine.
According to Nevada Gaming Holding, the acquisition of Cosmolot gives the company the opportunity to utilize the available opportunities for the development of the industry in Ukraine and the region as a whole. The company also plans to introduce advanced technologies on the platform and international experience. In particular, representatives of Nevada Gaming Holding said that as part of the development strategy they intend to invest in technological upgrades of the platform and increase the level of security.
In his comments on the completion of the deal, CEO of Nevada Gaming Holding Arnulf Damerau noted that the company sees great prospects for the development of the gambling market in Ukraine.

During the Munich Security Conference, we decided to fully acquire Spacesiks and scale its leading technology platform globally. This investment, finalized last week, is an important milestone for foreign direct investment in Ukraine,” Damerau said.
The businessman also added that after the acquisition and receiving security guarantees for foreign investments, he will facilitate investment opportunities in Ukraine and expand Cosmolot into major markets in the US, Europe and beyond. Cosmolot expects an IPO in the US in 2026 with a projected market capitalization that will exceed $1 billion.

Cosmolot representatives, in turn, emphasized that the deal will allow the company to reach a new level of development thanks to investments and experience of the new owner.
