As the entrepreneur himself told the Kharkiv 1654 Telegram channel, he wants to renovate the building and open a European-level night club, hotel, casino and restaurant in it.

It is believed to be the first reinforced concrete building in the city. The huge facades are fully glazed, thanks to which the spacious interior is filled with light. Initially, a textile factory was located here, then an exhibition of the achievements of the national economy of the Ukrainian SSR. After the Second World War, a prosthetics factory worked in the building.
