Companies in the gambling industry continue to actively support the gambling forces of Ukraine, demonstrating a consistent social position. One of these organizations is the Slots City Foundation, which at the beginning of its work has changed its activities directly to helping military personnel and victims of Russian aggression. Over 15 months of war, the Fund invested over 50 million hryvnia in support of the Ukrainian army and the civilian population.
The main part of these funds was directly allocated to the security of the military:
87 units of drones and equipment repair;
35 cars and their repairs;
80 charging stations;
37 sets of Starlink systems;
10 accessories for night bath;
18 thermal imagers;
4 distant worlds.
In addition, volunteers handed over combat equipment, stoves, potbelly stoves, food products, clothes, equipment, tires, spare parts, as well as gun carriages to the fighters. As part of the humanitarian programs, assistance was provided to victims of rocket attacks in Uman and the purchase of boats for Kherson directly after supporting the Kakhovka hydroelectric station.
“During the first days of the large-scale invasion, our Foundation has been working to support the army,” says Foundation Director Artem Stogniy. “Since the beginning of 2022, we have been committed to systematic action, helping fighters, displaced people and the wounded. We do not carry out open fund collections, and funding is provided by employees and other companies. All resources are being used as efficiently as possible to bring our strength closer together.”

Greatest achievements
The year 2023 became a record-breaking year, since over 10 million hryvnias were received for the needs of the Earth and humanitarian aid. The first contribution of 1 million hryvnia was re-insurance to the fund “Turn Around Alive” in 2022.
“The first months of volunteering were extremely difficult due to the large number of drinks and the shortage of necessary resources,” says Foundation volunteer Dana Kutova. “We pranked the guards behind the cordon, became brutal towards friends and relatives. Over the course of time, the work was structured, and now each volunteer is responsible for his work, which significantly increased the effectiveness. We work 24/7, suggesting that you start the night on the terminology. First of all, the most important thing is to avoid informing about expenses. Ale faith in our Victory gives us the strength to endure.”

Who does Slots City Foundation help?
Among those receiving additional assistance are fighters from the Azov Special Forces Forces, the Ukrainian Volunteer Army, the Marine Corps, the Marine Special Forces, the Military-Naval Forces, the National Guard, Airborne assault troops, reconnaissance, territorial defense and other formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Additional help was also provided by the Special Purpose Regiment “Herts”, the United Assault Brigade “Lyut”, charitable organizations, medicine and resettlement.
